Ingredients:
50 g Erythritol or Xylitol
75 g Unsalted ButterRoom temperature
3 eggs
60 ml Heavy cream
1 tbsp vanilla extract
170 g Almond powder
1 tbsp baking powder
1 pinch Salt
Directions:

In a bowl, beat the erythritol and the butter until fluffy

Add the eggs and mix ( one bye one ), then add the heavy cream and the vanilla extract and mix well

Add the almond flour, the baking powder and the salt and mix well

put the mixture in a mold

bake for 20 mins / 25 mins at 180°C
