Ingredients:
125 g Cottage cheese Or pure Ashta
500 ml Whipping cream
0.50 cup Sweetener
1 tsp Mestke
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Xanthan gum
1.50 cups Ground pistachio
Directions:

• Blend all together with some pistachio.
• Add cold water gradually if it seems very thick.
•Cover a pan with a nylon sheet and put pistachio at the bottom then pour the mixture.
•Fold it and put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
