Ingredients:
56 g Cream Cheese
1 Egg
0.25 tsp Vanilla extract
0.50 tsp Lemon zest
2 tbsp Erythritol
0.25 tsp Ground mastic optional
Directions:

Microwave cream cheese for 15 sec to soften or heat it using a pan over low flame

Add vanilla, erythritol, lemon zest, ground mastic and whisk by fork

Add egg and mix until smooth batter with no clumps. Microwave for 90 seconds or in the oven for 15 minutes
