Tastes just like regular basbousa!
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
¾ cup Sweetener
1 cup Avocado or Coconut oil
1 cup Diluted heavy cream0.5 cup water + 0.5 cup heavy cream
1 cup Shredded coconut
1.50 cups Almond flour
0.50 cup Coconut flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Lemon, zested
Directions:

Mix well eggs and sweetener using a hand mixer.

Add the rest of the ingredients one by one while mixing

Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes

Once you get it out the oven, pour Keto Ater (sugary syrup) over the basbousa while it's hot.
