Keto Bread Sticks loaded with cheese!


Ingredients:

 70 g Almond flour
 120 g Cream Cheese or ricotta
 1 Egg
 1 tbsp Psyllium husk powder
 2 tbsp Italian herbs
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Of each, Pepper. Garlic powder and onion powder
 1 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
 1 cup Grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

Add the egg and whish it with 1 tablespoon of Italian herbs salt and pepper, add the cream cheese or ricotta whisk well till well combined. Add the almond baking powder, give it a mix then finally add the psyllium husk powder and mix till well till combined.
place the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and then place on top a silicone baking mat. Press down until you have about 1/2 inch thickness, place the bread into a preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes remove the silicone mat and scatter garlic powder over the top, then cover it with grated mozzarella cheese and cheddar and finally another sprinkle of dried Italian herbs. Place it back into the oven for another 5-10 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
