For those who love chocolate tahini this is so fluffy and creamy 🤤 The ingredients are simple too and all in one pot!


Ingredients:

 230 g Tahini
 2 Eggs
 0.50 cup SweetenerXylitol/Erythritol
 40 g Unsweetened Cacao Powder
 0.25 tsp Baking Soda
 0.25 tsp Baking Powder
 ½ cup Water

Directions:

Preheat your oven on 200 degrees Celsius.

In a bowl and using a mixer, mix the tahini with the eggs very well. When the mixture becomes thick start adding water gradually till you reach a smooth consistency.

Mix the remaining dry ingredients well (cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda)

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the tahini and mix well until you get a smooth consistency.

Pour it into a non sticking pan and bake for 40-50 min depending on the thickness of your cake. Use a toothpick to test if your cake is dry from the inside.
