It's really hot outside! All we need is a keto ICE CREAM!


Ingredients:

Coconut Ice Cream
 100 ml Whipped cream
 1.50 tbsp Creamed coconut
Chocolate peanut butter covering
 2 tbsp Peanut butter
 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
 1 tbsp Melted Coconut oil
 1 tbsp Melted Butter
 ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
 1 tsp Sweetener (xylitol)

Directions:

Whip the heavy cream until it gets fluffy( be careful not to over whip it)

Add the creamed coconut and fold gently together

Place the mixture in a silicon small bowl (specifically for ice cream) why silicon? So you can easily remove

Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours

After you make sure that it is freezes well, its time to prepare the chocolate peanut butter

Mix all the ingredients of the chocolate peanut butter

Pour this yummy mixture above the ice cream until well covered (( after you put it out from freezer offcourse))

Place the whole thing in the freezer again for half an hour
