Ingredients:

  cup Water
 40 g Butter
 55 g Coconut flour
 1 Egg
Vanilla Custard Filling
 2 cups Heavy cream
 6 Egg yolks
 3 tbsp Xylitol
 2 tsp Vanilla extract
 1 pinch Salt

Directions:

Melt butter in simmering water, then add coconut flour and stir for 5 min. Let slightly cool.

Add egg and mix thoroughly.

Pipe on silicone baking mat. Brush tops with egg white. Dust with some cacao powder

Bake 20 minutes at 395.

Vanilla Custard Filling

Add vanilla, salt, and cream to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil then take off the heat

Whisk together the egg yolks and sweetener in a small bowl until combined

Slowly pour the hot cream mixture over the egg yolks and mix

Return the mixture to a clean saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens
