Do u want to add some delicious crackers to your salad? Or do u want to eat something crunchy with your eggs or your soup? Or just have a snack with lemonade (right after your meal) ?
This is my version of "crispy croutons"


Ingredients:

 5 tbsp Powdered roasted peanut
 3 tbsp Almond flour
 1.50 tbsp Sesame seeds
 1 tsp Black seeds
 0.50 cup Melted mozzarella (or any cheese)
 1 pinch Pink salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together until h have a dough

Roll the dough between 2 baking papers

Cut in shapes and bake until crispy (around 10 to 15min)

Turn the pcs upside down (bake on both sides)
