Ingredients:

 ¾ cup Xylitol/Erythritol (preferably powdered but not a must)
 ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
 ¼ tsp Salt (pink salt or sea-salt)
 1 Egg White
 ½ tbsp Instant Coffee (Nescafe). Use a spoon or other tools to make them powdered
 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
 4 cups Walnuts Halves

Directions:

Preheat oven to 160°C

In a medium bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, salt, cocoa and powdered Nescafe. mix well and set aside.

In a large bowl, beat egg white until fluffy. Fold nuts into the eggs and toss until evenly coated.

Sprinkle nuts with sugar mixture and mix until evenly coated. Spread on baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they’re dry to the touch.

Remove from oven, loosen walnuts from baking sheet, and let cool (you can put them in the refrigerator to make things faster).
