Easy, light, and tasty bread, good for pizza crust and manakish.


Ingredients:

 1 cup Flaxseed meal
 1 tbsp Chickpea flour
 0.50 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Ginger powder
 1 tsp Garlic powder
 1 tsp OreganoOptional
 0.50 tsp Paprika
 1 tbsp Nutritional yeastOptional
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 3 tbsp Tahini
 0.50 cup Water
 1 tsp Sesame seedsOptional

Directions:

-In a bowl mix all dry in gredients and set aside.
- in a pan add half cup of water, 3 tbsp of tahini and 1 tbsp of lemon juice mix well. You will get something like a thin and pale tahini sauce.
Put it over the stove and bring to boil. When it boils turn off the heat and add the dry ingredients.
Mix vigorously until you get a dough. If your dough is still somehow loose add half tsp of chick pea flour. Or 2-3 tbsp of flaxeed meal one at a time and mix unti you get a coherent dough.
Cut it into 4 pieces and roll each piece over wax paper or plastic wrap, using the palm of your hand first then with a rolling pin if you want it very thin.
- put few drops of olive oil and brush it all over your skillet. Put the skillet over medium heat stove. Add your bread dough one piece at a time. Cook from one side for 2-3 minutes then flip to the other side.
