Being on keto allows you to develop the sense of creativity.
Wanting a little sweet stuff but having no eggs or fresh cheese, I mixed several ingredients that gave these beautiful "Fragile Cookie"


Ingredients:

 90 g Unsalted butterroom temperature
 2 tbsp Erythritol
 1 tsp Baking powder
 33 g Coconut flour ( not coconut flakes !)
 50 ml Coconut Milk you can use another milk
 1 cup Chocolate chips or Chocolat 90% Lindt cut in piece with a knife

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 180 °

Crush the butter with the sugar until you have a soft and creamy paste

Add the coconut flour and the baking powder

Add the chocolate chips

Make small balls with the dough

Put baking paper on a baking sheet and put the little balls of cookies

Put in the oven for about 15 mins (to watch)

The cookie may still appear very soft to the touch but once removed from the oven let cool the time that it hardens a little
