Ingredients:

 1.25 tbsp Xylitol
 1.25 tsp Hazelnut extract
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 0.25 tsp Himalayan salt
 2 cups Water
 1 tsp Xanthan gum

Boil water. Turn off the stove. Add xanthan gum and mix well till it thickens

Add xylitol and mix. Add hazelnut extract, vanilla, and salt. Mix and adjust to taste
