They are simply anise biscuits with some spices!


Ingredients:

 250 g Almond flour
 3 tbsp Psyllium husk powder
 125 g Xylitol
 50 g Melted butterSet aside to cool down
 90 g Heavy cream
 0.50 tsp Baking soda
 0.50 tsp Cinnamon
 0.25 tsp Nutmeg
 1.25 tbsp Anise
 1.25 tbsp Sesame
 1 tbsp Black seeds
 1 tsp Turmeric

Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients along with the spices mixture. Then add butter and mix till it becomes stiff.

Add heavy cream gradually and mix. Set aside for half an hour. Set oven at 180 degrees.

Grease your hands with olive oil and start diving the dough into balls. Form each ball into the shape you desire. You can use the traditional mold for ka3k al abbas after you grease it with some olive oil.

Place them in the oven and bake for around 10 min. Keep an eye on them.
