Ingredients:

Cauliflower Rice
 2 cups Crushed Cauliflower
 1 tbsp Butter
 1 tsp Spices ( cinnamon, black pepper, paprika)
 ¼ tsp Salt
 1 Small sliced onion
Kofta with tahini
 180 g Kofta balls
 3 tbsp Tahini
 3 tbsp Water
 1 Small lemon
 ¼ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
 ½ tsp Spices (cinnamon)
 4 tbsp Avocado oil
 2 tbsp Parsley
 2 tbsp Small cut cubes of tomatoes

Directions:

Heat a pan which you put the butter and the sliced onions in

Wait like 2 minutes till you see the onions well cooked and add the crushed cauliflower

Add the salt and spices

Cook for 7-8 minutes

Done with cauliflower rice (place in the plate)

Shape the kofta as balls and fry them in avocado oil, after well cooked oil filter them.

Aside, add in a bowl tahini, water, lemon juice, salt, and spices and mix

Put in a pan this tahini mix and add the kofta balls

Cook for 7-8 minutes

Place in the plate and add a sprinkle of parsley, tomatoes, and slices of lemon
