Ingredients:

 ¾ cup Tomato paste
 1 cup Water
 ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
 ¼ cup Erythritol
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Garlic powder
 1 tsp Onion powder
 ¾ tsp Paprika
 0.25 tsp Xanthan gum

Directions:

Put tomato paste, water, and vinegar in a pan then turn on medium heat

Add other ingredients except for xanthan gum and mix.
Then, add xanthan gum

Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium-low temperature for about 20-25 minutes until it thickens

Turn off heat, and taste it if it requires more salt or sweetener based on your preference
