Ingredients:

 100 g Unsalted Butter (Softened in microwave)
 ½ cup Granulated Xylito/Erythritol
 1 pinch Sea-salt or Pink Salt
 ½ tsp Almond Extract (optional)
 2 cups Almond Flour
  cup Sliced Almonds (optional)

Directions:

Start by melting the butter in the microwave

Beat the butter, salt, and sweetener until fluffy. Add the vanilla and almond extracts and blend well.

Add the almond flour and beat until you get a stiff dough.

Place the mixture in the freezer for just few minutes until the butter is hard enough like a dough.

Divide the dough into balls.

Spread the sliced almonds onto a clean surface and crush slightly into smaller pieces with the heel of your hand.

Roll the balls in the almond pieces

Place them on a parchment paper and bake in a preheated 160 degree (C) oven for 25 minutes (check regularly).

Remove when the color is light brown and let them cool before serving.
Don’t worry if they look runny. they will harden when they cool down
