Rich, delicious and fulfilling keto brownie cake


Ingredients:

 2 Avocados (230g)
 ½ cup Almond flour
 1 cup Xylitol/Erythritol
 2 Large eggs
 ½ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
 1 tbsp Coconut oil
 ½ cup Unsweetened chocolate bar
 2 tbsp Heavy cream
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 ½ tsp Baking soda
 Pinch of salt

Directions:

If you don’t have powdered sugar, add first the xylitol to the blender to make them powdered.

Once ready, add all the dry ingredients to the powdered xylitol (cocoa, almond flour, baking soda, salt) and blend them all together.

In a separate bowl put the unsweetened chocolate with the creme, coconut oil and 1 tbsp of xylitol. Melt them in the microwave.

In the blender, add all the remaining ingredients (avocados, eggs, melted chocolate, vanilla extract)

Blend well and use a spatula for the sides. it must turn into a hard creamy texture.

In a pan, use some parchment papers and add the mixture. Bake it for 40 to 60 min on 175 degrees depending on how deep the pan is.

Once done keep it in the pan until it cools. Add some keto chocolate syrup on top and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours then serve.
