Ingredients:

For the filling
 2 cups Unsweetened desiccated coconut
 ½ cup Coconut cream
  cup Sweetener
  cup Coconut oil
Chocolate coating
 170 g Dark chocolate
 2 tsp Coconut oil
 1 tbsp Sweetener
Yield: 12 bars

Directions:

1. Cover a square pan with parchment paper.

2. In a food processor, add melted coconut oil, desiccated coconut, sweetener and coconut cream.

3. Process for at least 1 min.

4. Press the raw dough onto the prepared pan.

5. Freeze for 10 min.

6. Remove from freezer, and cut into desired shape and size.

7. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with coconut oil. Add the sweetener.

8. Dip each bar in chocolate and place 10 min in the freezer.
