Total Time15 mins

Ingredients:

 100 g Dark Chocolate Bar (90% Lindt)
 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
10 drops Pure Stevia (or to taste)
 ½ cup Powdered Xylitol/Erythritol
 Handful of Roasted Peanuts

Directions:

1

If you have granulated xylitol, begin by putting it in a blender or grinder and grind it for a minute or two until the xylitol is completely powdered. It will dissolve SO much easier if you do this step.

2

Cut the chocolate bar into small pieces and place them in a bain-marie and keep them until they completely melt.

3

Melt the coconut oil in the microwave until it’s completely liquid and warm. Add it to the melted chocolate while keeping it the bain-marie on low heat

4

Add the powdered xylitol and mix very well until it dissolves. Add the stevia drops to taste.

5

In the silicone tray, or simply in the ice cubes tray, add 2 or 3 peanuts in each cube then pour some of the chocolate to cover the peanuts. Then again add more peanuts and cover them again with chocolate. Shake the tray to let the chocolate completely cover all the peanuts.

6

Place the tray in the freezer for 10 min then remove the cubes and store them in the refrigerator.
