A delicious panna cotta (very close to custard)
Ingredients:
Directions:
Soak the gelatin leaf in cold water for few minutes until soft.
In a pan, add the creme, sweetener, Nescafe and vanilla over medium heat until slightly boiling.
Make sure the sweetener is all dissolved.
(You could taste the mix now and add more sweetener or coffee to your taste)
Take off the heat and mix in the gelatin until dissolved.
Add to moulds and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
Tip: to remove them from the moulds easily just place the moulds in a warm water for few seconds.
