The best Halewet El Jibn
Ingredients:
Directions:
On medium heat add the cheese into a sauce pan
Add the dry ingredients
Add the sweetener syrup and orange blossom water
Continue mixing until it becomes a dough
Add 1 cup of cottage cheese (arisheh) in a food processor or blender with about 1/4 cup of heavy cream and mix well to get a creamy cottage cheese texture
Place the dough on a silicon Matt or butter paper then and use a rolling pin after place the cottage cheese (arisheh) on the edge of the dough
roll it and cut it then cut it to a small pieces
Sprinkle with pistachios
Keep in the fridge
Serve it with a sweetener syrup
