Lemon cake
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1 cup Xylitol
¼ cup Lemon juice
½ cup Butter
½ tsp Vanilla powder
2 tsp Baking powder
2 cups Almond flour
Frosting:
1 cup Whipping cream
1 pinch Citric acid powder
3 tbsp Powdered xylitol
Directions:
Using electric mixer
1
mix eggs + xylitol +vanilla untill fluffy

add Butter then mix

add almond flour & baking powder (gradually)

add lemon juice

Mix all together then bake for 30 min at 180 degrees

For frosting, mix all ingredients together until whipped
