Ingredients:

 1 cup Almond Flour
 ¾ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
 ½ cup Swerve/Xylitol
 1 tsp Baking Powder
  cup Butter, melted
 ½ cup Heavy Cream
 3 Eggs
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 ½ cup Unsweetened Chocolate Chips
 ½ tsp Saltsea-salt, Himalayan salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 180C.

In a bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, swerve/xylitol, baking powder and salt.

In a separate bowl, pour in melted butter and heavy cream. Using a hand mixer, mix the two together. Once thoroughly combined, add in eggs and vanilla extract then mix.

Once your wet mixture is combined, slowly mix in the dry ingredients and combine together.

Once you’ve reached a good thick consistency with your batter, pour in your chocolate chips, but keep some aside to sprinkle on top before putting it into the oven.

Using a muffin pan, scoop mixture into muffin cups that you’ve placed in the pan.

Finish off with some sprinkles of chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 20 mins and once it’s done, cool on a wire rack before eating.
