No Guilt Hazelnut Chocolate Spread


Ingredients:

 60 g Hazelnut flour
 100 g Dark chocolate 90%
 150 g Heavy cream
 30 g Coconut oil
 2.50 tbsp Sweetener (xylitol, erythritol)

Directions:

Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler

Add the hazelnut flour and the sweetener to taste

Give it a good mix

Add the coconut oil, then the heavy cream and fold until well combined (don't blend just fold carefully)

Add a splash of vanilla if you like.
