The preparation of a keto pepperoni pizza to be served with kale shake


Ingredients:

 1.50 cups Mozzarella cheese
 ¾ cup Almond flour
 2 tbsp Creme cheese ( puck )
 1 Egg

Directions:

Place the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in a bowl and put them in the microwave for 1 minute until it all melts well

Once done, add the almond flour and eggs and mix together to form a dough

Roll them all together and use the nylon paper to make the dough as thin as possible for best results and prick the dough ( to avoid getting bubbles in the oven )

Place the dough in the oven for ~6-7 min or until light brown on 200 degrees celsius.

Get the dough out of the oven and add the toppings (keto pizza sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, mushroom) then place it back into the oven for just few minutes to become all brown and ready

Now that the dough and mozzarella are brown, the pizza is ready to be served
