A real taste of Pizza!


Ingredients:

 2 cups Cauliflower
 2 cups Almond Flour
 1 cup Mozzarella
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tbsp Psyllium Husk
 1 tbsp Instant Yeast
 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions:

Cut cauliflower using food processor to become like powder

Add almond flour

Microwave the mixture for about 4-5 minutes

Add all other ingredients

Microwave again for 2 minutes

Mix until forming a dough as per video

Spread with hand on cooking sheet

Bake for about 15min both sides together in 180 degrees heated oven

Add homemade ketchup and pizza ingredients

Bake for about 5 minutes

Add cheese on top and bake again until cheese is melted and golden colored.
