Ingredients:

 3 Eggs
 50 g Almond flour
 150 g Dark chocolate 90% ( Lindt)
 2 tbsp Xylitol, Stevia or else
 100 g Unsalted butter

Directions:

Prepare the oven at 180°C
And melt the dark chocolate ( you can use the oven or a microwave)

Meanwhile, combine all the ingredients: almond flour + Sugar + eggs.

Mix very well

Once the chocolate is melted, add it to the previous mix and mix again

Then cut the butter into little cubes and add them to the mixture. Make sure you combine all the ingredients well.

Put some butter and cacao powder in the mold, so the cake won't stick then pour the mixture in

Put it in the oven at 180°c for 10/15 mins.

Note: if you want to end up with chocolate fondant, let the mixture sit in the oven for only 7 mins or 10 mins and keep checking on it regularly

You can even put some " Crème chantilly " beside it !

20 cl Heavy whipping cream
1 Tbps Xylitol, stevia or else
1 tbs vanilla Extrat
