Ingredients:

 4 tbsp Almond flour
 2 tbsp Coconut flour
 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
 1 tsp Xylitol
 4 tbsp Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
 2 tbsp Orange Blossom Water
 2 tbsp Rose Water
 4 tbsp Liquid Sorbitol

Directions:

Mix the almond flour with the coconut flour, xylitol, butter, orange blossom water and rose water

Form a dough and empty it by pressing in the cupcake silicon tray that you want

Put the tray in the oven heated at 160 degree Celsius for 10 to 13 minutes

Take out the tray and add the amount of mozzarella cheese equally in each opening

Put back in the oven for other 10 minutes until the cheese melts

Bring out of the oven and put it up side down on the plate you wish to eat

Add sorbitol about 1 tbsp in each piece.
