Very Satisfying and Delicious!


Ingredients:

Brownie :
 ¾ cup Sweetener
  cup Almond flour
 ¼ cup Unsweetened Cacao powder
 1 tsp Baking powder
 0.50 cup Butter
 50 g Hershey's unsweetened baking bar OR Lindt 99%
 3 Eggs
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Topping :
 300 g Cream cheese
 0.25 cup Sweetener
 1 Egg
 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat oven to 180C

Brownie :

In a bowl put the sweetener, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Stir until combined.

Melt Hershey's chocolate in the butter over a waterbath (or in microwave)

Using a hand mixer, beat the chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients until smooth. Beat the eggs one at a time along with the vanilla.

Reserve 2 Tbsp of the brownie mixture and set aside.

Pour the remaining brownie mixture into a parchment paper or non sticking pan and level it with a spatula

Topping :

In a bowl add the cream cheese, sweetener, egg and vanilla extract & beat with a hand mixer until well combined.

Pour the topping over the brownie batter and spread into an even layer. Pour the reserved 2 Tbsp of the brownie mixture into six places on the top.

Run a flat blade along the top in a horizontal and vertical shape to give the brownie a marble design.

Bake for 30 minutes.
