So you want a master degree in Mozzarella Dough? ok Just follow my recipe!


Ingredients:

 100 g Mozzarella (i use Galbani)
 1 cup Almond flour
 1 pinch Salt
 1 Egg
 1 tbsp Chia seed ( optional)

Directions:

Prepare the oven at 180°C , and put the mozzarella to melt for 10-15 mins ( i love to make it melt in the oven while preparing the oven for 180°C, because it melt very slowly and correctly).

I check the Mozzarella after 10 mins, and if it’s not melted very well, i let it in for few more minutes...
So make sure the mozzarella is VERY WELL MELTED

Once the mozzarella is very well melted, add the cup of almond slowly and mix it with your hand.

(if the mozzarella and the almond flour don’t make a good dough, so you’ll need to put it back in the oven for 5 mins and take it back again and mix it)

Once you have mixed very well the almond flour and the mozzarella, add the egg and mix again very well and then add the chia seed and mix again

(if it’s too sticky, you can add some almond flour)

once you have a beautiful dough, put the dough between 2 parchment papers and roll out the dough.

Here is your dough, you can use it to do Cheese & Thyme rolls ( like the picture ) or make a pizza
