Ingredients:
¾ cup Pecan
½ cup Almond flour
75 g Butter
Sweetener
Sweetener for the crust you can always taste it mix all ingredients
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 drops Citrus extract
½ tsp Lemon zest
250 g Cream cheese
250 g Ricotta could be substituted with cottage cheese
2 tbsp Butter
½ cup Sweetener or to taste
2 dashes Vanilla extract
¼ tsp Guar gum
Directions:

Crush the pecans using a kitchen combine
Add the almond flour butter and the sweetener
Mix all the ingredients well
Bake the crust for 10 to 15 mins (175c) or until golden brown let cool in the fridge
In a bowl mix the rest of the ingredients until smooth and well combined pour over your crust refrigerate and enjoy 🥰😍
