Peanut butter and chocolate, combine to make these irresistible treats!


Ingredients:

 280 g Peanut butter
 60 g Walnuts
Brownies
 142 g Butter
 113 g Chopped unsweetened chocolate bar or chocolate chips
 2 Eggs
 1 Egg yolk
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 65 g Almond flour
 25 g Cocoa powder, unsweetened, sifted
 1 cup Erythritolyou can go for 1.25 cups if your peanut butter is unsweetened
 0.25 tsp Salt

Directions:

Place the peanut butter in microwave for 20 to 30 seconds, or until pourable but not super hot.

In the pan that you will use for baking the brownies, place a parchment paper and spread peanut butter over it and freeze it for 1 hour while making the brownie batter

Combine the butter and chocolate and microwave for 30-seconds, stirring between each burst, until the mixture is melted and smooth. Add Erythritol to the hot butter mixture and whisk vigorously until combined. Allow to cool.

Add in eggs, yolk, and vanilla extract and whisk until very well combined. Then, use a rubber spatula to stir in almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.

Pour half of the batter into the same pan topped with parchment paper and smooth out. Carefully place the frozen peanut butter sheet over the batter. On top of it place the walnuts, then pour remaining batter on top, covering completely.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180C for about 30 minutes, or until cooked through but still slightly gooey in the center.
Top with your favorite chocolate sauce.
