Ingredients:

 ½ cup Roasted peanut
 2 pinches Salt
 1 tsp Blackseed (حبة البركة)
 1 pinch Thyme (or more)
 ½ cup Mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Using a food processor, grind the peanuts until they are powdered. don’t over grind the because they could turn into peanut butter.
Melt the cheese in the microwave the add all the ingredients together and mix

Spread the dough between 2 baking papers

Cut to make the shape you want ( i love sticks)

Bake (both sides) until the sticks become crispy

Enjoy with a creamy soup

Or even with your salad
