Ingredients:

 1 cup Almond flour
 2 tbsp Stevia
 ¼ cup Melted butter
 1 Egg
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 1 tbsp Cottage cheeseOr pure ashta
 1 tbsp Psyllium husk
 2 tsp Unsweetened cacao powder

Directions:

In a bowl mix butter with stevia, then add cottage cheese and mix

Add egg with vanilla and mix

Add almond flour, psyllium, and cacao powder. Mix with hand to form a dough

Mold them in the shape you like and place them over a baking paper

Bake at 180 degrees for around 10 minutes (keep an eye on them, they may burn fast).

Set aside until they cool completely before you remove them.
