Ingredients:

Cupcakes
  cup Xylitol
 0.50 cup Coconut flour
 0.25 tsp Baking soda
 2 tbsp Cacao powder
 6 Eggs
 0.50 cup Melted butter
 2 tbsp Sour cream
 1 tsp Vinegar
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 0.50 tbsp Red food coloring (optional)
Frosting
 8 oz Cream cheese
 0.50 cup Melted butter
 0.50 cup Powdered sweetener
 1 tbsp Heavy cream
 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions:

Separate egg whites from yolks and keep them aside

Mix the dry ingredients

Whip the egg whites until they become stiff

Add dry ingredients to the above mixture along with the melted butter and mix

Add egg yolks and the vanilla and mix

Pour mixture into cupcake molds and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of a cupcake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
