Easy, delicious and satisfying. Yields almost 7 individual servings (almost 14 scoops).


Ingredients:

 1 cup Ricotta cheese
 2 cups Whipping cream
 1 cup Thawed frozen berries
 2 tbsp SweetenerXylitol/Erythritol

Directions:

Put the berries and the ricotta cheese in a food processor and blend until well blended and creamy with almost no lumps.
In another bowl add the sweetener (you can adjust the amount of sweetener to your taste) to the whipping cream and whip until it thickens and almost half way done, then add the rest of the ingredients and whip all together until well incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a container, or divide it into individual portions and freeze. Take out of the freeze and let sit for ten minutes before serving. Garnish it with what ever you prefer and enjoy.
