Ingredients:
Directions:
Melt the mozzarella with the cream cheese in a microwave or oven (the oven takes longer but I don't like the microwave).
Once the cheese is melted, add the almond powder and salt. Mix a little and add the egg, then mix very well until a ball of dough is obtained.
Spread the dough in the bottom of the quiche mould and put it in the oven for 10-15 mins at 180° (keep an eye on it, the dough must be cooked and crispy).
First put butter and salt in a saucepan and add the shrimp to cook them. Add dried or fresh parsley, chives and onions (optional).
Once the shrimp are cooked, remove the pan from the heat and add the liquid cream and tuna can and mix well.
In a small bowl, break the eggs and add the spices (black pepper, nutmeg) and salt. You can add dried parsley a little or other spices as you wish.
Add the egg mixture and grated cheese to the shrimp and tuna pan and mix well again.
Put a layer of grated cheese back on top of your quiche to cover it.
Now that your mozzarella dough has come out of the oven and is well placed at the bottom of your pan, you can pour your mixture over the dough and put it back in the oven for about 20-30 mins at 190°C. ( Keep an eye on it anyway)
