In a bowl mix the almond flour, butter, salt and sweetener.
Spread on a tart pan and make holes on the bottom of the dough, using a fork.
Bake for 10 min approx until golden, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
Beat Mascarpone and sweetener with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Slowly add the heavy cream, vanilla, and lemon zest and beat on low speed.
Increase the speed gradually until thick. Be very careful as you may over beat the cream and it will separate.
Spread the mixture on the crust and top with strawberries
