A very delicious plain cheesecake!


Ingredients:

 40 oz Cream cheeseFull fat
 1 ½ cups Erythritol
 1 ½ tsp Flour (can be omitted)or replaced by a smaller quantity of xanthan gum
 6 Eggs
 1 cup Heay cream
 2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:

Mix both the cream cheese and erythritol until very smooth. Then mix everything else, little by little until you have no more ingredients.

Grease pan with (thick) shortening. Pour all the batter into your pan. Place into a double pan ( a larger pan should be on the bottom with water....then place your pan in that pan) bake until golden on top .... if the cake is getting too golden brown...place brown paper bag on top of cake and cook through, I set my time or 30 minutes and then check it every 10 minutes until it is the desired color.
Remove from oven and let cool completely. When cold cover with plastic and freeze or refrigerate until the next day.
When you want to take the cheesecake out of the pan you will need to take the pan and place on top on stove on low and keep turning until the cake loosens from the pan. You will need to turn it over onto a plate and then on the plate you want your cheesecake on. Decorate as you like!!

NOTE: you can omit or substitute the flour with coconut flour, almond flour or xanthan gum. please adjust amount as needed
