Dunno what to have for breakfast on a Sunday morning? Try these delicious pancakes!


Ingredients:

 1 cup Almond flour
 1.50 tsp Baking powder
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 3 tbsp Heavy whipped cream
 3 Eggs
 ¼ cup Water
 ½ tsp Butter
 1 tbsp Sweetener Xylitol/Erythritol

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl very well

On a flat pan heat half tsp butter

With a big spoon take some of the mixture and pour in the middle of the pan

Wait like 1 minute or till the edges become golden to brown

5

Flip the pancake to the other side and wait about half a minute

The first pancake piece always seems not to be well done, starting the second pancake you will have the desired color, texture and shape

You can enjoy with some melted butter at the top or you can have it with keto strawberry jam
