Healthy crackers perfect for dipping in labneh


Ingredients:

 1 Egg
 ½ cup Almond Flour
 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
 1 tsp Olive Oil
 1 lb Kashkaval Slice

Directions:

simply mix the ingredients don’t forget to melt the cheese Stir mixture until uniform. You should have a smooth dough

Optional: dried herbs like rosemary, parsley, oregano, can be added directly into the dough.

Use a pizza cutter to cut dough into squares or circles by your hand

Place squares on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes. The dough will still be very pale, this is okay. Flip crackers over and bake another 5 minutes or until crackers are golden and crispy.
