Ingredients:

Cake/Biscuit
Tiramisu
 3 Eggs
 2 tbsp Xylitol or erythritol
 200 g Mascarpone
 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Separate the whites from the egg yolks

Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla over a pot of boiling water in a water bath for 5-10 minutes.

Remove from heat and mix with an electric mixer until light yellow and leave aside to cool. Once the mixture has cooled, add the mascarpone and mix with a whisk

In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff. Once the mixture is stiff, gently stir in the previous mixture.
