Ingredients:

Lasagna sheets
 2 Eggs
  cup Cream cheese
 ¼ cup Parmesan
 1.25 cups Mozzarella cheese
 0.50 tsp Salt
Filling
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 1 cup Green pepper (chopped)
 0.75 cup Onion (chopped)
 1 cup Tomato (chopped)
  cup Cooking cream
 3 cups Mozzarella cheese
Tomato Sauce
 10 Tomato
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 2 Cloves garlic
 ¼ cup Fresh basil (You can use herbs if not available)
 ¼ tsp Red pepper
 Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

Lasagna sheets

Mix eggs and cream cheese by mixer then add all the other ingredients and mix with a spatula

Grease a non stick baking pan with butter and spread the mixture (make it thin)
Bake at 150C

Tomato Sauce

Transfer all the sauce ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and grind until smooth enough

Warm the olive oil over medium heat. Once shimmering, add the veggies and salt. Cook until the veggies are golden on the edges.

Remove the skillet and transfer the cooked veggies to the bowl of the food processor. Pulse until they are more finely chopped

On a medium heat bring the cooking cream and veggies to a boil

Grease a baking pan with some butter and place one slice of lasagna sheet at the bottom, then top it with tomato sauce, then veggies and repeat the process one more time

Top it with mozzarella cheese and bake until golden
