Ingredients:

Base
 90 seconds microwave breadFind the link in the description box
 Butter and sweetener for frying
Muhalabeya
 0.50 cup Sweetener
 1.25 cups CreamCooking or whipping
 0.75 cup Water
 1 tbsp Ground cinnamon
 2 tbsp Butter
Toppings
 Cinnamon flakes
 Mixed nuts Ground pistachios, almonds, walnuts...etc
 8 tbsp Ashta

Directions:

Prepare the 90 second microwave bread, you can find its youtube link in the description box .
Then fry it in butter with some sweetener to get a golden color and cut it into medium sized pieces and put them in the bottom of the pan

In a saucepan, add sweetener, cream, water, butter, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil.

Add some coconut flakes on the bread pieces, your choice of nuts, and ground pistachios.

Pour the creamy mixture all over the pan and add 4 scoops ( around 8 Tbsp) of ashta on top to each side of the pan

Bake at 180C just to let the mixture solidify and get a golden color
